Dateline: George West, Tx Richard L. May age 85 Passed away at his residence on Sunday, March 1, 2020 following a short illness. He was born to Mr. and Mrs. Frank May on March 20, 1934 in Deadwood South Dakota. He was a laborer in the oilfield industry until his retirement. He proudly served his country in the US Air Force during the Korean era. He was a resident of George West for 50 years and was a member of the First United Methodist Church in George West. He was preceded in death by his parents and a son Gordon May. Survivors include his wife Faye A. May of George West. Their children: Kathy Menager of Beeville; David Menager of Hamilton Montana and Mike Menager of Tyler Texas. Memorial Service will be Wednesday. March 4, 2020 at 2 PM at the First United Methodist Church in George West. Services entrusted to Roberson Funeral Home, Three Rivers.
