November 21, 1931 - February 1, 2018

Dateline: Three Rivers, Texas Calvin Blaschke, age 86 passed away on Thursday, February 1, 2018, in a Corpus Christi hospital following an extended illness. He was born to Ernest August and Linda (Bierstedt) Blaschke on November 21, 1931 in Orange Grove, Texas. He was a farmer/Rancher and had a passion for hunting. He served our country in the US Army. He married Ruth Bellows and they had 3 children. He was preceded in death by his parents and a granddaughter Charis Blaschke. Survivors include: 1 son Calvin (Chiara) Blaschke Jr of Three Rivers. 2 Daughters: Brenda (Eddie) Stolte of Three Rivers and Janice Copeland of Carriere Mississippi. 1 Sister: Mildred Blaschke Bellows of Three Rivers He was blessed with 3 grandchildren. Corey (Morgan) Blaschke of Three Rivers; Roxanne Stolte (Nathanael) Persinger of Crystal City and Lorissa Copeland (Richard) Seal of Carriere Mississippi. Calvin also had 4 great grandchildren; Ruth and Anna Persinger of Crystal City and Zain and Zion Seal of Carriere Mississippi and 2 on the way in March and April of 2018. Visitation will be Sunday, February 4, 2018 from 4-6 PM at Roberson Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be on Monday, February 5, 2018 at 10 AM at the First Assembly of God Church off I 37 and Hwy 72 E. Brother Eddie Smith will officiate the service. Pallbearers will be RC Bellows, Roger Bellows, Steve Bellows, Mark Crisp, Dewey Bellows II and Kurtis Opiela. Final Arrangements by Roberson Funeral Home, Three Rivers.
