Dateline: Alice, Tx Arnoldo De Leon Alaniz Sr. born November 2nd 1940, went to be with the Lord and Savior February 11, 2021, at the age of 80. He was a kind and loving man that enjoyed time with his family and his beloved Dallas Cowboys. He loved his family and cherished the moments they would spend time together around holidays and special occasions. Arnold is survived by his children Marla (Ray) Hernandez, Angie (Henry) Ybarra, their mother Teodora and Arnold Jr (Frances) his mother Estella. He will be reunited in Heaven by his parents Manuel Martin Alaniz Sr. and Cruz De Leon Alaniz and brother Manuel Martin Alaniz Jr. He leaves behind many other family members that will miss him dearly. Brother Gilberto Alaniz. Sisters Maryann (Agapito) Ramirez and Belinda Swann. Nieces and Nephews Toye (Don) Gandy, Cristina (Tom) Dowdle, Gabriel Garcia, Xavier Martin (Renee) Alaniz, Orlando Noe Alaniz and Mark Alaniz, Nora Alaniz-Cantú, Sonia (Lucas) Barrera. The family would also like to extend their appreciation to his doctors, staff and Hospice nurses that provided him with the utmost care and kindness. Private family services will be held at a later date. Services entrusted to Roberson Funeral Home, Alice, Texas.
